Meet JEFF DUKE
Elizabeth Rogers, Co-Founder of 2+5, is a seasoned communications strategist with over 26 years of experience across diverse sectors, including corporate, private, and public sectors. A proud Texas A&M University graduate, she further honed her expertise through the Certified Public Communicator Program at Texas Christian University’s Schieffer School of Journalism and the rigorous FEMA Emergency Management Institute.
Liz has led integrated marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of businesses, including a global shipping leader, a premier dredging company, critical disaster response providers, and a prominent homebuilder. Her impactful work extends to high-profile government projects, including managing public relations for the U.S. border wall initiative and overseeing communications for COVID-19 emergency hospital deployments. Elizabeth also served as the City of Galveston's Public Information Officer and has collaborated with leading organizations like the Galveston Independent School District and the Galveston Economic Development Partnership.
In 2020, she founded Five & Two Marketing, assembling a team of creative professionals to deliver exceptional marketing solutions for clients in construction, maritime, disaster response, and manufacturing.
Jeffrey Duke, Co-Founder of 2+5, hails from the agricultural backdrop of Louise, Texas, surrounded by rice fields. In 2002, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Establishing a profound affinity for the landscapes of South Texas from an early age, Duke promptly immersed himself in the realm of oil and gas upon graduation. Specializing in brokering and advocating for landowners and their mineral rights, he demonstrated a keen understanding of the intricate intersections between law and land.
In 2006, Duke achieved a significant milestone by obtaining his Doctor of Jurisprudence/Juris Doctor degree from the South Texas College of Law. Subsequently, he directed his legal expertise towards the domains of family and business law, carving out a distinguished niche for himself. Armed with a robust repertoire of experience in real estate development, landowner rights, eminent domain, and oil and gas, Duke embarked on the establishment of JF Duke & Associates in 2023.
As the founder of JF Duke & Associates, Jeffrey Duke channels his comprehensive knowledge and legal acumen to champion the interests of Texans and their businesses. His extensive background in diverse facets of the law, coupled with a commitment to safeguarding the rights of individuals and businesses alike, underscores his dedication to delivering strategic and effective legal advocacy. He is a proud husband, father, Aggie, and member of the Texas Bar Association.
